Listed below are ways that you can become a member of the Suffolk Coalition to Prevent Alcohol and Drug Dependencies, Inc. All memberships come with specific benefits.

Professional Membership for $50
A Professional Membership will receive the benefits listed below:
  • One FREE SCAT Training (CASAC Recredentialing)
  • Reduced Rates for Additional Trainings
  • Notification of Upcoming Trainings 
School District Membership for $750
A School District Membership will include TWO presentations that address the Dignity For All Students Act and Safe Legislation. Presentations selected may be geared toward students, parents, faculty and/or community members. Sample topics include: Character Education, Cyberbullying, Cultural Diversity, Preparing for the Teen Years, Parent Power, Understanding the Social Host Law, Hosting a Teen Party: Do's and Don'ts, Creating a Peaceful Classroom, Teaching the Three R's: Respect, Responsibility and Resolution.

Services available for an additional fee:

  • Grant Writing
  • Workshops: Planning Awareness Weekends for Students, Building Community Coalitions, Transition Nights for Parents and Students, Facilitating Community Forums, Pre-Prom Meetings
Corporate Memberships
  • $1,000 Small (100 employees or less)
  • $2,500 Medium (100-500 employees)
  • $5,000 Large (500 employees or more)
Corporate Membership Benefits:

  • Staff Trainings Based on Needs of Company/Organization
  • One Training for Small; Two Trainings for Medium; Three Trainings for Large (e.g., Creating a Stress-Free Work Environment, Building Bonds Through Adventure)
  • 6-Week On-Site Smoking Cessation Program for Employees and Family Members (with a separate program for children, Stop Before You Start)

  • Most importantly, you will be helping build coalitions throughout Suffolk County whose purpose is to prevent the use and abuse of alcohol and drugs among our youth!
